A calm, personalised session designed to give you space to slow down, soften and reconnect with yourself. Using a gentle blend of EFT Tapping, guided meditation, nervous system support and Reiki, we'll work with whatever feels most present for you that day. My hope is that you'll leave feeling lighter, calmer and more grounded, with simple techniques you can continue to use in everyday life.
